"It's never a good day when your car needs a tow. The dealership referred this company to me and I'm glad they did. Mike, the tow truck driver, was articulate, compasionate and was cleanly dressed. Even his tow truck was clean. Mike was methodical and careful loading my car onto his flatbed. He seemed to genuinely care about my car. He also made me laugh, which cheered me up due to the stressful start to my day. I highly recommend this company and will use them again."

"Hubbell Towing had a tow truck out to my vehicle within 30 minutes. Driver was professional and a nice guy. Very careful with my vehicle which had a low clearance in the front. Definitely recommend!"

"We got a flat tire and then our crappy jack bent while my hubby was trying to change it. We called here to see if someone could come change it for us. The guy on the phone was sooooo nice. Unfortunately he couldn't help us as his driver was out of the area. He recommended Southern Maryland Towing as they were near where we were. We ended up using them but I wouldn't again. Next time I'll wait for Hubbell, Southern Maryland Towing was a disappointment. About 20 minutes after we initially spoke he called me back to make sure we'd made other arrangements and weren't just stranded on the side of the road. I did not expect that since they weren't even making money from our call but it went a long way with me. That's the kind of customer service that gains (and keeps) customers, I know I'll be one if ever I need their service again!"
